Return PolicyWe have a 30 day unconditional return policy on all unused, new items purchased. Before shipping out the bag, please call or email bagrepublic to obtain an RA number and return instructions. Returns must come with their original box and received within 30 days of the purchase receipt. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the shipping fees. All brand name products are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return numbers are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We will replace or refund any purchase that has a manufacturing defect completely free of charge.
