       Return and Refund Policy.  We allow a three (3) day period from the time your item is delivered, to test, inspect, and review all goods. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of your winning bid amount, less sales tax (if applicable), and shipping & handling fees. To receive a refund, please notify us within the three (3) days after your item was delivered of your intentions / desire to return the item. In this situation, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When we receive the return, the refund will be given promptly but in no event later than seven (7) days after we receive the return. If you feel an item has been incorrectly described on our auction page, please e-mail us within three (3) days from the time your item is delivered and explain why you feel that way. If we agree in this situation, we will reimburse you for the return postage cost at an agreed upon carrier and postage class. When we receive the return, we will refund your winning bid amount, including sales tax (if applicable), shipping & handling charges, as well as the return postage cost promptly but in no event later than seven (7) days after we receive the item. When returning any item, the item is to be returned to us in exactly the condition it was shipped, including any and all additional components, as well as all original tags. If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we shipped it, or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we will notify you and return the item to you without a refund.
  Except for the above return and refund policy, all sales are final. Requests for returns or refunds made after three (3) days following an auction closing date will be honored only in our sole discretion. 
     Photos.  We are not professional photographers. Colors may appear slightly different to each bidder due to individual monitor settings on your personal computer. For that reason, colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the product you receive. We are not responsible for slight variations in color, and will not accept returns based on this except in circumstances where it can be clearly proven that the discrepancy was our fault.
    Payment.  Unless we indicate otherwise in a particular auction page, we accept personal checks, cashiers' or bank checks, money orders (bank or U.S. Postal Service), and PayPal. Orders paid by personal check will not ship until your check clears - normally this will take seven (7) business days, but we will ship sooner if our bank notifies us that your check has cleared.
    Shipping Schedule.  We typically ship within three business days of receipt of payment, but all overnight packages will go out within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
    Insurance.  We offer insurance as an option on all of our auctions. If we do not offer insurance as an option on any auction, you may nonetheless ask us to insure delivery for an additional fee. We will determine the additional fee and notify you before shipping. We will not refund your money if items are lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit unless you buy insurance (see below).
    Risk of Loss.  We pack all items with great care, and will assume all risk of loss until we deliver the item to a "common carrier" (such as the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express). In the unlikely event that the item is lost, damaged, or destroyed before we deliver it to a "common carrier," our only liability or obligation to you will be to refund promptly any monies we have received from you. In such event you agree not to post "negative" or "neutral" feedback for the transaction, and netiher will we. We will provide proof of delivery to a "common carrier" to you upon your request, along with tracking numbers if the "common carrier" has given them to us.
  At the moment we deliver the item to a "common carrier," risk of loss in the item shifts from us to you. This means that you, from that moment forward, assume any risk of loss to the item from any cause or circumstrance whatsoever, whether or not within your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for items over $50.00 or whatever amount represents an unacceptable loss to you, because if you opt not to insure, we will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any item after delivering the item to a "common carrier" as described above. We will always do our very best to accomodate you in filing a claim with the insurance provider in the unlikely event that your item is lost, damaged, or destroyed.
    Sales and Use Tax.  State and local sales taxes will be added to your winning bid if you live in Illinois.
    Note to Overseas (Non-U.S.) Buyers.  Your purchase may be subject to Value-Added Tax( (VST), General Sales Tax (GST), custom duties, and other taxes, payments, and impositions required by the law of your country. Please consult with your accountant or tax advisor before bidding in any of our auctions. The laws of your country may prohibit you from buying or importing our items; be sure to check with your attorney before bidding on any item that may be illegal in your country. We are not a "commerical vendor" in any country other than the United States of America, and are accordingly not obligated to comply with any laws, rules, license requirements, or regulations in your country unless we are advised otherwise otherwise by our legal counsel. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars, and we will not accept any other currency. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to any of our auctions or sales on eBay.
    Auction Termination.  We reserve the right to terminate any auction prior to the closing date for any reason. In that event we will notify each bidder, and let them know whether and when the item will be reposted.
    Communications to Seller.  All communications to us should be sent to the following email address: EBROKERS7258@AOL.COM. We will use our best efforts to respond to all e-mail communications withing twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Any additional information we provide you about a particular item may, at our discretion, be posted to our auction page or otherwise made public for the benefit of all bidders.
    Disputes.  In the event of any dispute involving one of our eBay auctions, you agree to submit the dispute to eBay's SquareTrade mediation service before leaving "negative" or "neutral" feedback for us on eBay's Feedback Forum or pursuing any other legal remedy. By bidding in any of our auctions, you irrevocably agree that any dispute, conflict, or controversy between you and e_brokers will take place only in a court of lay located in Lake County, State of Illinois, United States of America, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois that apply to contracts between residents of that State.
