All shoes are checked before being listed. During this activity, we remove any stuffing that may be in the shoes -- this also helps to lighten the package when shipped, helping to keep costs in line. We may not notice every defect, but we do strive to do better each day. If you receive a clearly defective item, please contact us via eBay Mail so we can work with you to set things right.
We do our own imaging - the photos you see are the actual products, not 'stock' photos. And while we cannot provide unique images of each and every pair, we do our best to report any signs of wear or other defects we might see and provide images when possible. We hope this is acceptable because this it is one way of keeping our cost down - which in turn means greater savings for you.

Later in the evening, usually after 10pm Central time, I will send winning bidder confirmations. These will provide a few additional detiails for those of you wanting to purchase multiple items or who just want to hear directly from your seller.
If you are buying multiple items, you will receive a combined winning invoice at the end of each day a purchase is made, listing all your purchases to date, the combined/discounted shipping charge, and your total balance due. If your finances are as tight as mine, this 'running total' is a great way to control your spending. :)
If you make payment via PayPal, eBay will send you a confirmation of payment received.
If you mailed your payment, you will receive a payment received confirmation the day I deposit your payment, followed by a payment cleared confirmation when your payment clears into my bank account.
Canadian buyers MAY receive a member contact email from eBay -- if eBay does not forward your phone number to me, I will request your contact information to retrieve it. Customs requires this information.
The final email is the shipping confirmation email, which will contain all the shipper used and any tracking (FedEx) or Delivery Confirmation (USPS) information. I also include links to both FedEx and USPS for tracking your package.

Payment & Shipping
We accept PayPal, Money Orders or Personal Checks, US Funds only, on all purchases. All mailed payments must be cleared thru our bank before shipping - please allow 7-10 calander days. And please use eBay Checkout to inform us if you are mailing your payment - this helps avoid unneeded reminders due to postal delays.
US Shipping & Handling:
Domestic shipping is $10.95, and $3.50 per additional item, up to the weight/size limits of your selected carrier.
All shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and US Military addresses will be via USPS Priority Mail only.
Please use eBay Checkout if you require or prefer USPS shipping, and use eBay Mail to inform me of any special information regarding delivery.
Canadian Shipping & Handling:
Canadian shipping is $18.95 and will be via USPS Priority Mail International only. Combined shipping may not be possible - please contact me if you have any questions.

We ship via FedEx Ground, unless you select USPS specifically during CheckOut. We do reserve the option to send any 'Standard Flat Rate Shipping' package by any carrier we choose.
All shipping is done twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays for FedEx, Wednesday and Saturday for USPS.
All items purchased, paid for, and cleared before the close of business (5PM Central Time) the day before will be shipped on those days. We strive to accomodate later payments but cannot guarantee your item will ship if payment is received and cleared after the close of business.
NOTE: Multiple pair or high value orders will be shipped FedEx Ground/Home Delivery only, with signature required. FedEx requires a contact phone number for this service, to arrange re-delivery if needed. Signature service will also be used if you requested USPS shipping of multiple pairs.

We will combine/discount your shipping for all items purchased. This will be done at the end of each day (around 10PM Central time, generally) so that you have a running balance of your total amount due.
Please wait for the final combined invoice before making payment, or you may not receive your full discount on all items. If you have not received it, please contact us via eBay Mail BEFORE you make your payment, so that we may take care of that for you.
