About our Clothing Products:We purchase merchandise that has been “withdrawn from retail.” That is merchandise new with or without tags (check listing) that was previously on retail display at major up-scale department stores (see the about us section for specific brands). From time to time, we also sell nice quality and excellent condition, gently worn pre-owned garments. These garments are properly or professionally cleaned before listing. The listing will clearly identify pre-owned garments and carefully describe and accurately picture their condition.
Condition:we inspect each item carefully to insure they are in proper saleable condition. We strive to limit our acceptance to items withdrawn as remainders, unsold merchanidise, but occasionally we also have items withdrawn because they were wrinkled, missing their belts or a button, or separated from a matching item (e.g. 1 piece of a 2 piece set). We will always be careful to describe the exact condition of an item and any variance from new retail condition, included or missing items.. Overall most of our garments are perfect or near perfect. We guarantee the accuracy of our description and will show condition accurately in our photos. Always contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can correct the situation. That is eBay policy and we beleive it works best for everyone.
TAGs:Most retailers have taken interim markdowns, some deface, cut, or “zero” the store price tag. They do this to prevent returns to their retail outlets and is reasonable in todays world. Victoria’s Secret (including their Moda and designer label garments) goes further: they actually remove all price tags and snip or remove the garment label. We disclose this so you are not surprised, it does not affect the wearability or giftability of the garments. Items described as NWOT (New Without Tag) are exactly that, as are any items described as previously owned, like new, excellent used condition (EUC), etc. By definition, these items do not have tags.
Photos and color: Our photos are taken carefully to accurately picture the item and its condition. It is challenging sometimes to get the color perfect and its is common for pictured colors to be a little lighter than the actual garment.
