We will accept any and all returns with certain stipulations. For genuine problems please contact us via email within 72hrs of receiving your product and we will be more than happy to work with you. For non-genuine problems (i.e. didn’t quite match my décor, too big/small for my wall etc.) we will refund 85% of the purchase price (15% re-stocking fee). Item must be returned in original condition with original box and packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
