The works of artist Randall Peterson include many historic structures, for example, lighthouses from all over the country. His collection also includes commissioned projects of the most beautiful bed and breakfast inns, Victorian homes and castles, each drawn with elegance and fine detail in the style of pointillism.

I’ve always been fascinated with lighthouses, bridges, historic structures and the stories that surround them – tales of shipwrecks, rescues, romance and hauntings. Architecturally, I’ve found that these structures are amazingly diverse, each with its own unique design and setting. Lighthouses, bridges, historic structures convey a powerful sense of place – some located in stunningly beautiful remote areas and others anchored securely in the hearts of the communities they serve.
