1959 BLISCH pencil drawing ROOSTER Chicken print

Here is what appears to be a pencil or graphite drawing of a rooster! I cannot make out the artists name for sure, but it looks like Elaine Blisch? I may be totally butchering that name! There is a sticker on the glass that has a price of $450! This looks like an original drawing--not a print! I am not an expert, but it sure looks original to me!
