I only do this if I don't hear from a bidder and they don't pay in full with in 2 weeks of auction or their payment doesn't go through and they don't correct the situation with in 21 days of auction end. If you bid on Any of my items, I expect payment from Paypal's instant payment. If you have money in your Paypal account it goes right through. ( I would rather be painting instead of writing collection emails)
