8 - 1- 78 GM - 7 x 6 inch drawing of a Bull, framed

<8 - 1- 78 GM -  7 x 6 inch  drawing of a Bull, framed .  with glass.   The frame is 18 x 12 inches in size,   the original . signed picture, on the inside, is surrounded by black paper,  The background is off white,  the coloir is just a glare on my camera. 

   I am not much of an artist, or do I have much knowledge on it,  The picture looks like it is made from ink , ora magic marker.  you can see the swirls in the  bodyof the bowl if you look close.  but then again the fine lines, look as if they were made from a fine tip pen.  Could be painted.  Any addition information on this would be greatly appreciated.>
