Doug Anderson Drawing of Frederic March
This is a no reserve auction for a Doug Anderson drawing depicting Eugene ONeils actor father (Frederic March) and mother (Florence Eldridge) in ONeils autobiographical drama, "A Long Days Journey into Night." At left, Jason Robards Jr. and Bradford Dillman battle it out as the two sons. This is a skillfully drawn original Doug Anderson and is very pleasing to look at. The drawing measures 9 7/8 inches wide by 8 3/8 inches high. Considering this was drawn over 50 years ago, it is in excellent condition as you can see in the photos below.
