This is a nice pastel by Ethel Louise Paddock. This is a very charming pastel depicts two homes on a dirt road in the countryside. This piece is signed in yellow pastel in the lower left "Ethel Louise Paddock". According to the auction records on the website AskArt his artwork has sold for as much as $947US.

In my opinion it is in very good condition , but please see photo to form your own opinion to it's condition.

The paper size measures 13 1/2 inches height and 19 1/2 inches width.

She was associated with National Association of Women Artists, Pen and Brush Club, Salons of America, and Society of Independent Artists. She exhibited at Nat'l Association Women Artists, Panama Pacific Exhibition of 1915, Salons of America, and Society of Independent Artists. She was taught by Robert Henri and she was a student at Art Students League of New York and New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
