My name is Melinda Dalke I am an artist living outside of Salem, Oregon. I am married to a wonderful man, and we have several four legged friends. I am an active volunteer at Turtle Ridge Wildlife Center. I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada where I graduated from the Community College of Southern Nevada with an Associates Degree in Graphic Arts. In the late 90s I decided to start painting. I am represented by The Palace Gallery in Oakland, Oregon and The Barclay Gallery in Sisters, Oregon. My paintings are in collections throughout the United States, Australia, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, England and Europe. I like to approach each painting differently, some call my art Naïve others whimsical impressionism. I am a proud member of WWAO, art helping animals, Wildlife Animal Artists, West Coast Art and Ebsq. I love painting animals, landscapes and nature.
