D E S C R I P T I O N - Original pastel drawing signed by noted Swedish artist Ivan Jordell. Vivid colors render a pleasing abstract painting that defies its mid-century stature. A must for the modern decor and equally stunning amongst antiques. Newly re-matted with archival quality materials in its original frame, it is ready to hang!
Please see companion drawing in another of our auctions.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions. We are always happy to help.

B E F O R E B I D D I N G - Please contact us prior to bidding if you have zero or negative feedback. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your bid. We welcome the opportunity to do business with first time buyers, but first must confirm that you are a legitimate buyer. It is sad that we have to require this, but rampant eBay buyer fraud has made this necessary. We trust you understand.
C O N D I T I O N - Because we are direct importers, we are able to bring you quality antiques and vintage items at the most reasonable prices possible. Please note, however, that antiques and vintage items are not new and will show varying degrees of age and wear (i.e. patina, nicks, dings, etc.) We do our best to describe each item in detail, but we often do not overstate obvious signs of normal age and wear that are inherent in these items. Please contact us before bidding with any specific questions and we will be happy to answer.
Wood pieces often experience some sort of cracking or warping due to changes in climate, hydration or dehydration. These are usually minor stress cracks which are structurally insignificant and cosmetically appealing.
Painted pieces will often show natural distressing from use and can often show a bit of age or separation as it normal in antique painted furniture. We will make every effort to point out and photograph extreme cases of distressing, chipped, worn or damaged finishes. Also, we have the ability to touch up any of these areas for you before we ship, should you wish.
Please contact us before bidding with any specific questions or concerns and we will be happy to answer. If there is something of particular concern, we can often send you photographs via email of that area within 24 - 48 hours of your request.
Please note that handcrafted items can vary slightly in size. We will make every effort to point out any significant variances to you.
Dimensions are rounded to the nearest 1/4".

S H I P P I N G - Buyer is responsible for all packing and shipping costs. We prefer to ship UPS when size permits. If this item is eligible to be shipped UPS, you will see a shipping calculator below. International Buyers need to contact us directly International rates. Shipping is FOB Atlanta, GA unless otherwise stated. You are also welcome to pickup your items from our warehouse in Atlanta by appointment. Please allow seven to ten days for your purchase to be processed, packed and shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on mode of delivery:
UPS - for small items and smaller pieces of furniture. Requires crating of certain artwork and of all furniture which will be included in the price of the shipping calculator on this page. Shipping time is generally up to seven business days from date it leaves us. Can be delivered to your home or office.
Greyhound Bus - great for shipping bulkier items that are slightly too large for UPS. Requires crating of certain artwork and furniture. Cannot be delivered to your home or office - you must pick up at your local Greyhound terminal. Cost is usually very similar to that of UPS.
Blanket-wrapped via Van Line - probably the safest mode of delivery, as these companies are used to handling furniture and antiques. Quotes can take up to 48 hours to receive and delivery date depends on van line routes at that time. Generally, items can be received within two weeks of shipping date. Items are delivered into your home or office. Best value if you are consolidating more than one item from a seller.
Freight Carrier - requires packing furniture onto wooden pallets that will be then moved via forklift. Very safe mode of delivery, but can often take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery due to trucking routes at any given time. Pallet delivery is to your sidewalk or driveway only. Drivers will not unpack or move items into your home or office.
We are very happy to provide you with shipping quotes for any of these methods, but please ... serious customers only! Please note that some quotes can take up to 24 - 48 hours to receive. We are also happy to work with you if you prefer a specific carrier or company.
W O R L D W I D E S H I P P I N G - We can ship to any international location. It is impossible for us to provide exact quotes for international shipping without specifics. Please note that we may only able to give estimates of shipping for international buyers until the auction is complete. If you are located outside North America, then most quotes will be from our door to a shipping terminal for your pick up.
I N S U R A N C E - We require insurance on everything purchased from us over $100.00. The only exception to this is when we are shipping via freight carrier and have either crated or pallet-wrapped a piece of furniture.
S A L E S T A X - Residents of Georgia must add 8% sales tax to the total.
