A full exchange will be made in all instinces with the exception of items irreplaceable. If an item is no longer available, the purchase price will be refunded in the form of a business check. All damaged items and their packaging must be held by the purchaser for 10 days or until UPS or USPS has had an opportunity to examine. Refunds and exchanges will be made following this point.
