Now... time for the fine print which must be stated:
Shipping: We use the calculator on eBay in order to try and be as fair as possible since shipping costs are so high. Sometimes it over charges a bit, sometimes it undercharges a bit, but most of the time it is pretty accurate. If you are overcharged more than $1.00, we will refund your shipping cost over-charge. We also usually offer a choice between Priority (we prefer Priority simply because they have very nice boxes and it will get to you so much faster) or Parcel, unless it is determined that Priority is the best method. We also always offer the option of Insurance. But, please remember that if you choose not to insure your package, we are not responsible for damages, losses or lost packages caused during shipping. We always shipping with tracking confirmation. Also, we generally use the Stamps.com insurance service which responds to insured losses in about 10 days instead of USPS which takes much longer. ***** NOTICE ***** If you have won multiple items, let us invoice you... we have noticed that the calculator is more likely to overcharge, so we will send you a combined invoice with the correct shipping. Sorry, due to the cost and the length of time required, we do not ship internationally. Finally, if you buy from us more than2 items in 3 days time that total $75 or more, shipping is FREE!
Payment: We prefer PayPal because it is easy, safe and flexible. However, we will also accept money orders. If you use PayPal, please make payment in 2 days of the auction close. If sending a money order, please let us know this within 48 hours, and please mail it so it arrives within 7 days of the auction close. Since non-paying bidder's are out there, we will file a non-paying bidder action 7 days after the auction close since it takes almost half a month before we receive a credit for what we have been charged for the winning bid. Please, no personal checks. If you mail your payment as a money order, you can send it to:

Returns: We are selling our Flea Market inventory since my wife's disability prevents us from doing this any more, and try our best to make sure we list everything as accurately as possible, including any flaws or damage if present. Because of this, all items are sold "as-is". However, if we have made a gross mistake in the listing of the item, we will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the item, however we will not include the cost of shipping in the refund... so please, if you have any questions about an item, ask before bidding. Returns made due to gross error in the listing must be made within 3 days of receipt of package. In addition, in order to be extra careful, we thoroughly check every item before shipping. If we have found we did make a mistake, we will contact (before shipping) and offer to you, the winning bidder, before shipping, the cancellation of the sale and a FULL refund.
Sales: Please do not bid on anything if you do not intend to pay for it. If you are unsure about anything, or you have any questions or comments, please contact us before you place your bid. We will respond as soon as possible. Also, please use eBay's contact form since we do have a spam blocker on our email. This insures we will receive your questions and comments.
Feedback: Of course we leave feedback, and ask that you do the same. But remember, if you are unhappy with anything, or there was a gross mistake in the items listing, please contact us before leaving your feedback because we will try to make it right. However, if you are unhappy and it was listed correctly, please remember that we did not make any mistakes and therefore it would not be right to have our feedback tarnished. |
