This sketch from Shay Rieger has a swimming turtle in it.It Is done with black, white, and gray. There is detail on the turtles back. It is 8 inches long and 6 ¾ inches high.There is an off white mat around it. The mat is strong. The back of the sketch has the artist’s name, the name of the sketch and the collection that the turtle coma from. It is in EXCELLENT condition.There are 2 small marks on the bottom right of the sketch.

Shipping

I combine shipping on multiple items. I will send you an invoice when you buy multiple items with the combined shipping amount.
Items are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. Delivery Confirmation is required. Insurance is required for all items over $9.95.
Any items shipped without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. That means that you, the buyer, are responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in shipping.
If you want insurance for items under $9.95 please contact me and I will add insurance. Insurance is $1.35 for items up to $50.00.
If an item is sent in excellent or mint condition and the item is damaged in shipment, I will send you the proof of insurance that the US Post Office requires and the form you need to submit to the Post Office. I will fill out the parts I need to fill. I do not refund postage or shipping fees
Shipping Fees
In the United States, Shipping fees are calculated by location and weight. I ship USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Media Mail, and Parcel Post.
In some listings shipping is a fixed rate and that is noted in the listing.
International shipping is through Global Priority Mail, Variable weight.
The cost of international shipping is more than domestic shipping. The domestic fees shown on my listings are for the USA only. Contact me for specific international rates.

Payment

In the United States, I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers checks business and Personal checks.
For international sales, I accept Paypal, Cashier??????s check, and money orders that must be in US dollars.
For international sales, the buyer must pay the exact shipping costs. These are calculated after you buy the item. Feel free to contact me for an estimate of costs.. In addition the item must be accepted as a FINAL AS-IS sale.
Payment is expected within 5 days of the end of auction. I ship within 48 hours of receiving Paypal notification of payment. I ship items purchased with other forms of payment when the payment clears the bank. For personal and business checks in the USA, it is usually 7-10 days after receiving payment.
