I am not sure what I have but I will describe it best as I can. It appears to be a print "THE SWAN'S NEST, STRATFORD - UPON - AVON." It is signed in pencil by John Mortlock. It also says "The Swan's Nest hostelry was almost certainly known to Shakespeare himself, though today's mellow-brick building is largely Georgian. On the right can be seen the River Avon, and just above the old bridge is a glimpse of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Note the 300 year old gazebo (summer house with a view). This is on white paper and measures approximately 9 3/4 inches by 12 inches. There are no creases or bent edges. It is beautiful for framing. Please e-mail me with any questions.
