This sale is for a beautiful hand penned picture called "Young Mares in Winter". It is signed Thomas J Okeefe to the right of the title. To the right of that is the initials TJO. This piece is framed and signed. It measures 11" x 14".

I do combine shipping to save my buyers any way I can. Check my other auctions and combine your winning items to save on shipping.

I charge an extra $1.00 per sale handling to cover any and all expenses involved in safe packaging. I do NOT, however, charge any extra for shipping than the EXACT amount of postage to your destination which will show on the package and not hidden.

Insurance is highly recommended but not a must. The postoffice has been known to deliver a package and leave it outside or misdeliver it to the wrong address. Extreme rough handling is also a problem and breakage may occur no matter how carefully it is packaged. Our postal service is mainly very good but there are instances of the above problems that I just cannot be responsible for. Please understand. If any of the above should occur, I will be more than happy to forward to you the tracking number so you may be able to go to your postoffice and try to correct the problem.

I will ship internationally, mainly global priority but will work with my buyers if other means of shipping is better for them.

I will ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. I accept paypal, money orders and personal checks. Personal check payment means I will usually wait to ship until check clears my bank. I do not count weekends or holidays in the 48 hours between cleared payment and shipping.

You must contact me within 48 hours of the close of auction to discuss payment arrangements. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction close unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time. If you are still bidding on my other auctions, let me know asap so I can hold your invoice. If you are holding a bid in another auction, I will wait until the auction is over or you are outbid, which ever comes first, to send invoice

I will return your money if the package is NOT what I explained in my discription. I highly recommend insurance due to misdelivery, delivery left outside and lost or damage. I have had the experience of damage with a package delivered and I WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY due to USPS damage so please, please please buy insurance. I pack Totally Secure. I will forward any tracking information you need for your postoffice in the event of a problem.
