NORTH CAROLINA FOLK ARTIST JUDITH CHENEY painted her vision of Hendersonville's annual Big Parade as it passes the Claddagh Inn and the Waverly Guest House on Main Street. The Apple Queen, the Edneyville Yellowjacket Cheerleaders and the West Henderson County High School Bands are all "up front" in this picture, as is the St. James Episcopal Church choir and the Bishop blessing it all. In the far distance are many familiar landmarks, including Thomas Wolfe's Angel in the Cemetery.

Now the artist has made laser prints of the painting and she will sign and date one for you if you win this auction. The image size is 9" X 13 1/4" on 80 pound stock.
