This is an adorable folk art hand made doll. we call her Cher as she resembles "Cher". She is wearing a neon green and turquoise polka dot dress with blue flowered earrings. She has long black hair that is in a pony tail. She is 18" in length. She has beautiful long black eyelashes and red lipstick.
