Primitive Folk Art Vintage Pillowcase Doll TLOFA |

This is "Hope", she is a 21 inch handmade primitive doll. Hope is wearing a beautiful vintage pillowcase jumper, grunged to perfection. Beautiful butterflies adorn this little jumper along with pretty touches of flowers. The jumper has button closures on each shoulder. Around her waist is a tie made of tea dyed lace. The little blouse is tea dyed and has cute little pink flowers and vines allover. Under yonder are cute little bloomers trimmed with 1 inch lace. To finish her look, she has painted (brown) shoes with a little rusty bell on each shoe. Little "Hope" has been grunged and sanded to give her that worn but loved look. Her face is painted and handstitched. The red part of her nose is made of wool felt and a rusty nail is stitched down the center.
All items are from a "smoke free" home...handcrafted in my little sewing room (sometimes at the kitchen table to be closer to the coffee or tea) in my respective home. My dolls are firmly stuffed and not flimsy; with loving attention paid to small details.

All items are shipped in a sturdy box and wrapped in tissue to protect them during transit.
