DOMESTIC: US SHIPPING

• Please allow up to 10 business days for personal checks to clear or send cashier's check or money order for quick shipping.
• Credit card transactions are accepted through PayPal for Domestic Buyers. 
• Insurance is optional & can be included at the buyer's expense.
• Buyer to pay all shipping charges. A minimum handling fee of $3.00 to $4.00 is included in stated shipping cost. Excessively large & or heavy items are subject to additional packaging handling charges.
• Delivery Confirmation is included for domestic packages, free of charge!
• We will not be able to obtain shipping quotes during the final 12 hours of any large item (i.e. furniture, etc.) auction. Kindly inquire for shipping information prior to the final 12 hours of a listing. Thanks so much.
• We rely on USPS for domestic shipping, therefore shipping times vary.  Estimated shipping time for Priority mail (over 13 ounces) is up to 10 business days.  Estimated shipping time for First Class mail (under 13 ounces) is up to 12 business days.
• We generally ship items on Wednesday and Friday of every week.

• SHIPPING INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED TO UNINSURED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE TAKE THE UTMOST CARE IN PROFESSIONALLY PACKING YOUR ITEM FOR TRANSIT. IF USPS OR ANY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE THAT WE USE MISHANDLES YOUR PACKAGE, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• PAYPAL is accepted for items selling for $75.00 or less. For items selling for $75.00 or greater, we will accept PayPal ONLY if the item is shipped via Fed Ex. Fed Ex is very expensive, so look immediately below for the alternate shipping option.
• We accept credit cards and ship via the United States Postal Service. The shipping options are USPS Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, or First Class Mail International when available.  Credit card information can be emailed to us in 3 separate emails.  Please include name & shipping address and billing address, credit card #, expiration date, and three digit code on reverse of card. Or, please call us at 1.856.854.6346, 9 AM-9 PM EST. You can also FAX us the information, please email for the fax number.

• We accept bank checks & money orders payable in US funds drawn on a US bank .

STORE POLICY

• PLEASE CONSIDER ALL PHOTOGRAPHS AS REPRESENTATIVE AS THE TEXT!  What you see is what you get.  If there are any discrepancies between photos and text, please email before purchasing or bidding.   
• This lot is being sold as is without warranty or guarantee. We represent each and every item to the best of our professional ability, with 38+ years experience. If an item is unsigned, your bidding on this item is an agreement and acceptance of our terms and reference to makers. Therefore, returns will not be accepted for differences of opinion. We represent items the best way possible with detailed images. If you have questions please inquire during this auction. We will be happy to answer any inquiries. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE LISTING TO ASK QUESTIONS!
• If the winning bidder does not respond within 7 days after the end of the auction, we reserve the right to sell the lot to another party, void the sale or re-list the item. An Unpaid Item Reminder warning will be filed after 7 days if we don't hear from or receive payment from the winning bidder. Appropriate feedback will also be left for non-paying bidders after we file for a final value fee credit.

RETURN POLICY

• We try to describe each item as accurately as possible or will have enough photos to show condition. There are NO returns for BUYERS REMORSE. Returns are only accepted for errors in description. Non disclosure of a manufacturing defect, firing flaw, ping, craze line, or something small which we deem unimportant on anything we sell is not considered by us to be a misrepresentation of condition. These conditions can possibly exist in pieces we represent to be in excellent condition. If we neglect to describe something we feel is insignificant, we will not accept the item back.  We sell antiques & collectibles & due to their nature, they are rarely perfect!
• We take great care in packaging your item but there is still the chance that it could arrive damaged. If your item sustains damage in shipping and it is not insured, we will not refund any money, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If we accept your return, we will issue a refund upon receipt of your item provided that it is returned in its original packaging & is in the same condition as it was when it was sent. We will not refund return shipping fees unless we sent you an incorrect item.
• SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ITEMS: Clocks, watches, toys, lamps, music boxes, trains, stereo components, etc are FRAGILE ITEMS & are subject to potential damage due to mishandling during the shipping process. If an item is in working condition when it is in our possession & it is received in non working order, we will not accept it as a return. If we state an item as functioning, it is. We have absolutely no control over what transpires during the shipping process & will not be held liable or responsible for items that are uninsured & or received in non working order. In other words, if you purchase a watch & over wind it, it is not returnable.
