Payment method: Paypal preferred(note-Paypal offers additional insurance for product satisfaction)

I will accept Money orders, certified checks. Please contact me as soon as possible within 2-3 days to avoid any unnecessary delays or problems if you choose this method of payment.  This way, you should receive your item within 2 weeks. Please note: Seller reserves the right to relist any item within 7 days if terms of sale are not met.

Your Satisfaction Is Very Important!  (Please remember, the golden rule- I do)

I will repair or replace any defective items within 14 days of receipt free of charge(return ship via regular USPS w/ insurance)

I will repair or replace items after 14 days, however buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Note: Items offered are special and unique. All Items are handcrafted by me so no two items are exactly identical. If you need a replacement or perhaps simply want another similar item, be aware, there will be slight variations or differences(paper patterns, stones, pearls, my folding or carving varies...)

Shipping and Handling

I ship via USPS priority. Shipping cost is $5. I prefer USPS priority because this is a very quick and dependable service. I ship and pack items well. Each item will arrive in a natural (beige) jewelry box within a USPS box with packing material (peanuts or bubble wrap). Shipping problems are rare, however, please keep your receipts and packing materials. I will provide any assistance in this matter if needed.

IF YOU PREFER, do not hesitate to contact me, I am easy to work with. If you e mail me first-so I can update your invoice- you can  request items (esp. multiple items -under $20) be sent via regular USPS with insurance for the same shipping cost of $5. Please remember, Regular USPS delivery can be between 3-7 days depending where the item is shipped to and the time of year from the time of ship. Seller is not responsible for loss or damages in shipping.
