Payment method: Paypal preferred(note-Paypal offers additional insurance for product satisfaction)

I will accept Money orders, certified checks. Please contact me as soon as possible within 2-3 days to avoid any unnecessary delays or problems if you choose this method of payment.  This way, you should receive your item within 2 weeks. Please note: Seller reserves the right to relist any item within 7 days if terms of sale are not met.

Your Satisfaction Is Very Important!  (Please remember, the golden rule- I do)

I will repair or replace any defective items within 14 days of receipt free of charge(return ship via regular USPS w/ insurance)

I will repair or replace items after 14 days, however buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Note: Items offered are special and unique. All Items are handcrafted by me so no two items are exactly identical. If you need a replacement or perhaps simply want another similar item, be aware, there will be slight variations or differences(paper patterns, stones, pearls, my folding or carving varies...)

Shipping and Handling

Bookmarks are sent in a gift quality box via USPS priority for $5. Shipping problems are rare, however, please keep your receipts and packing materials. I will provide any assistance in this matter if needed.

On purchases over $20 (multiple items), I would suggest buyer to add additional insurance. .

IF YOU PREFER, do not hesitate to contact me, I am easy to work with. You can combine shipping for different auction ending times, if you e mail me first.  ALSO, you can request items (esp. multiple items -under $20) be sent via regular USPS with insurance for the same shipping cost of $5. On purchases over $20, please add another 25 cents for each additional item. Please remember, Regular USPS delivery can be between 3-7 days depending where the item is shipped to and the time of year from the time of ship. Seller is not responsible for loss or damages in shipping.
