A rare and interesting item, this is a watercolor painting by F.L. Hotz.  The piece is signed in the lower right corner, with the year of 1933.  The scene depicts what appears to be factory or refinery buildings on a waterfront.  The piece measures 9 1/4 in. by 13 1/4 in.  The piece is housed in a frame, which measures 16 in. by 19 3/4 in.  This is just one of the many different collectibles that can also be found in our eBay store.  We have a very large inventory of automobile collectibles, so check it out!!
