Return Policy
Complete Satisfaction Guaranteed! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the artwork, please email us within five [5] days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, including shipping/handling fees [minus $10.00 processing/restocking fee]. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must be returned in the same condition to qualify for a refund. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
HenBen Gallery accepts Paypal [preferred], personal checks, and money orders! Payment made from a confirmed address through PayPal is due within 24-hours of auction close! If we have not received payment or a message about the status of a payment within 24-hours, we will relist, and appropriate feedback will be left.
Checks and money orders are expected to be received by Seller within 10 days of auction close, and will be delayed approximately 5 business days to allow these items to clear the bank. We post feedback after: transaction is complete, we know the buyer has received the item, and the buyer is satisfied with the transaction. Shipping Details
This will be delivered to you unstretched, and rolled in a tube, unless you purchase our Professional Stretching Service at the time of checkout. Shipping discounts will be applied for multiple purchases [excluding stretching services]! For each additional painting you purchase, a $2 discount will be applied to your shipping/handling fees. The more you buy, the more you save! USPS Priority Mail will be used as the shipping method for unstretched oil paintings [FedEx Ground used for stretched paintings]. Shipments will only be made to confirmed addresses. Insurance is included in the shipping/handling fees.
