BELGIAN OIL PAINTING LARGE TULIP BOUQUET JOUMELLE

Large Superb framed Belgian still life oil painting on canvas tacked to a wood chassis, of a bouquet of tulips. Signed by the artist at the lower left; the signature is only partly legible. André Joumelle (?). Overall framed size is 25 inches x 21 inches. Painting size is 21.75 inches x 18 inches. Few signs of age or usage to the painting, some signs of age to the frame including but not limited to traces of wear around the edges and aging of the finish, all as shown in the detailed photos below. The painting is luminous with a superb rendering of life and shadow.
