I acquired this over 25 years ago and recall it was sold to me as an unknown magazine or newspaper illustration

Clarence Arthur Ellsworth was born in Nebraska in 1885 and died in Los Angles in 1961. He was self taught as a painter and was an excellent illustrator and painter of mostly Western subjects
