I bought this from a yard sale in my neighborhood.  The seller told me this is a hand-painted oil and owned it for 20 years.  Her kids have grown up and moved away.  It measures 19" x 22". and has a wood frame.  The frame has a few minor nicks but that could be covered up with old english furniture polish.

Acknowledgement of  how payment will be made is expected within 3 days of winning.  Payment is expected within 5 days of auction ending.  If by the 7th day payment is not received it will be filed as unpaid with eBay.  Sorry - this is due to a number of non-paying bidders.  Thanks for understanding.

We prefer Paypal, but will accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers checks or personal checks (allow 10 days for check to clear).  We recommend you purchase postal insurance. We are not responable for items lost or damaged by the USPS.
