I bought this from a yard sale in my neighborhood. The seller told me this is a hand-painted oil and owned it for 20 years. Her kids have grown up and moved away. It measures 13" x 17". and has a wood frame. The frame has a few minor nicks but that could be covered up with old english furniture polish.
