This is a nice watercolor on manilla artists paper signed Elicha?. This piece shows a view of the western wailing wall in Har Ha-Bayit with the dome of the rock in the background. This image is  viewed from the old city of Jerusalem.  This piece is signed in pencil in the lower right "Elicha?". This piece is also dated in pencil in the lower right "71".

CONDITION:
 In my opinion it is in good to very good condition due to small crease in the artists paper and very slight discoloration in paper. Please see photo to form your own opinion to it's condition.

The image size measures 13 3/4 inches height and 9 3/4 inches width.
The paper measures 13 3/4 inches height and 9 3/4 inches width.
