FRAMED WATERCOLOR PAINTING RED ROOF MOUNTAIN ROAD

Small charming watercolor painting of red roofed building surrounded by cyprus trees, alongside a road leading to the mountains in the background. Watercolor paint on watercolor paper, the painting has no margins and is framed under glass in a contemporary frame by a professional framer in Narbonne (their sticker is on the back). Overall framed size is 9.15 inches x 9.15 inches. Visible area inside the frame measures 7.8 inches x 8.1 inches. The painting size without margins measures 6.3 inches x 4.25 inches. Signed F. Alandry at the lower left corner of the painting, and there is a sticker on the back from the framer in Narbonne, France, as shown in the photos below. The piece is in good condition and exactly as shown in the photos below; the photos are enlarged so you can see details. Few signs of age and usage. We found this piece in France; it's circa 1940 - 1950.
