This is an ORIGINAL WATERCOLOR PAINTING by the artist, DEE MacKAY titled RED TANGLED SAILS. She is a local artist and has decided to finally give her talent the attention it deserves. It was delayed due to what she calls the three C's, College, Children and Career. She enjoys working in all media. Her work has found a ready audience and is now in many private collections.

This COLLAGE is done in beautiful hues of blues, green and yellows. When I look at this, I feel as if I am surrounded in the exotic ocean off the Caribbean, floating without a care in the world. After a hard day, this truly makes me feel most tranquil and mellow. It is a great size and PERFECT FOR ANY ROOM. Think about putting it in your office so you can escape. It is in a white frame and matted and behind glass.

We use both the United States Postal Service and UPS. For large, bulky or heavy items, we only ship UPS Ground within the continental USA. We can not ship these items to P.O. Boxes. Attn UPS Standard to Canada customers:  Please provide your telephone number for the customs forms. Insurance is included for the first $100.00 for UPS shipments. Additional insurance is at the Buyer's expense. Insurance is optional, but recommended with the USPS. We DO NOT refund for uninsured items lost or broken in transit. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS WHICH COST OVER $225.00 and  a COST OF $2.10  WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: An additional $5.00 or more will be added depending on the shipping rates for a particular country - these charges are based on the USPS rates plus your Country's rates. Shipping can be calculated by using the shipping calculator on this page.  

All items are packed at our store and include professional packing materials. Our packing fees vary and are designed to cover these costs plus labor. LOCAL PICK-UPS: We welcome local pick-ups. Returns:

All auction items are sold as is. The majority of items we list are in previously owned and used condtion.  If you are seeking new items in mint condition, please do not bid on items that are stated as being previously owned.  Returns are accepted ONLY if we agree the item was not as described in the listing. Please contact us at consigningwomen@bellsouth.net  to advise us of an item you would like to return within 3 days of receiving it. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
