"GVIDO" is the artist's brother, Latvian-American artist and media personality, Gvido Augusts. Above his left shoulder is the representation of an OWL, one of the his favorite symbols in the 1960's when he first began having one-man shows of his works.   This painting is an acrylic of about 12"x 18", the frame is not included. The ARTIST is Ed Augusts, author of more than 20 books and e-books, and just starting to catch-up to his older brother, with an array of surreal and primitive art works.
