Up for auction is a painting on canvas. I cannot read the artist's name but I do have a picture of the signature. The medium looks like oil paint. It is a painting of an asian city, see pictures. The frame is a very nice sturdy wood frame made in Mexico. This painting may have been painted and sold in New York, the canvas was made in New York. I bought the framed painting in South Florida. The painting and frame are in very good condition. The frame has a mat insert that shows some aging on the material cover with an overall darkening. The frame has a couple of very light scratches that are minor. It was professionally framed with hanging wire and ready to hang on wall. The frame measures 18 1/8 inches long and 16 1/8 inches wide. The painting measures 8 x 10. The painting is very colorful.

I do have optional shipping insurance that you may purchase. I do describe items very well with pictures. Vintage items are not always in new condition, many vintage items I sell has some light tarnish, light scratches, a hanging thread, creasing on a page and/or light scuff marks.
