DESCRIPTION: Original Vintage Photographic Print, one-of-a-kind print from circa 1915, not a new reproduction, no known negative exists. From the Baltimore Ohio estate of Lillian Emch Smyers Hendershot. As best we can determine, the photographs were taken by her brother, Charles Emch, when he lived in Los Angeles in the 1910s. We have him living at 747 1/2 Central Ave in LA and also at 905 East 6th St. during this period, and apparently an employee at City Dye Works in Los Angeles.
