This shot Philadelphia's Boathouse Row at night would make the perfect addition to your home or office.

Founded in 1858, Schuylkill Navy is the oldest amateur athletic governing body in the United States and comprises the ten clubs of Boathouse Row.

None of the first generation of boathouses has survived. The City allowed the erection of the present boat houses beginning in 1860. They are privately owned and provide a well recognized recreational use of the river. The fifteen boathouses that now stand on the east bank of the Schuylkill River exhibit a wide variety of styles.

This is a view that can no longer be captured.  To help save money and preserve the look Peco energy and the city of Philadelphia have replaced the original lighting with LED style lighting that remains white except for special occasions like the forth of July.

This was shot with a Mamiya RB-67 Pro-SD using Agfa 120 / XPS 160.  I had the original 120 negative scanned at 4000 dpi creating a digital image size of 10,828 x 8798 pixels.
