PAYMENT: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but in the US we accept cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks require about 10 days to clear so shipping is delayed.
We do not accept foreign checks or mail payments, as the time frame becomes too long (often several weeks, it's difficult to monitor, etc.) and it's simply too costly and inconvenient to process international checks. WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT.
We expect the winning bidder to make contact within 5 days. And, we expect payment within 10 days after we make contact. We reserve the right to re-list any item if these conditions are not met. SO, IF WE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN 15 DAYS, WE WILL RELIST. We report non-paying bidders.
INSURANCE: We recommend insurance on all items. However, our policy is that insurance is optional. That said, uninsured items are the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not receive your item within a reasonable amount of time, or if it arrives broken, and the item has been insured just send us an email and we will forward the insurance receipt to you. We do not follow up on insurance issues beyond sending you the insurance slip.
If requested, we will try to insure shipments outside the Continental U.S. However, the post office does not offer insurance to some locations. Please ask before you bid if you need insurance and you live outside the Continental U.S. If you don't ask I will assume that you don't want insurance and will ship without any, at your risk.
RETURNS: We do hope you find our terms reasonable. Please be assured that we strive to provide our customers and potential customers with accurate descriptions and we always do our best to mention any condition issues worth noting. If you are ever dissatisfied with a purchase from us, please contact us immediately. We stand behind what we sell and will do our best to accommodate.
