This is such a beautiful old print that is signed but I can't read the signature and it's in beautiful condition. It depicts a mother holding her newborn baby sitting below a picture of the Madonna holding Jesus. The print is signed and it looks like "Relyel" or maybe "Kelyeil" or it could be someone else. The letters I can read in the middle are the "elye" so help me out here. The era of the picture looks like something from the 30's or 40's by the way the mother is dressed and her hair. I obtained this from an estate sale so age is unknown but it looks pretty old with the glass covered wood frame having some tiny knicks here and there but otherwise in great condition and ready to hang. The backing is old cardboard. The frame itself measures 19 1/4" tall x 15 1/4" wide with inside measurements of the actual print being 12" x 9" not counting the matting but the picture itself. The colors are vibrant and vivid and just a beautiful piece of art.
