It looks like a water color art but I am not sure, it is under glass. It could be print. Three birds are feeding on berries and at the bottom a print says :" Summer Tanager (Tiranga Rubra)". It measures 15" by 17" including a thin 1/2" gold and wood frame. Good luck bidding.
