1974 ENESCO C. JERE PARISIAN CAFE COPPER WALL SCULPTURE

This is a C. Jere style three-dimensional copper wall sculpture imported by Enesco and dated 1974. This magnificent hand wrought, hand applied copper sculpture is modeled after an old Parisian sidewalk cafe, and crystallizes the quintessential Parisian way of sitting undisturbed for a couple of hours, delightfully watching the world go by.

Along with the sign that reads "Bar & Cafe" at the top, all of the charming elements of the classic Parisian cafe are included; the scalloped awning, the romantic two-seat tables covered with umbrellas, carafes and bottles of wine displayed in French style windows, the arched entranceway with swinging doors, and a tree that adds to the ambiance.

The sculpture is made entirely of copper and retains all of its original parts. In excellent overall condition, this large 3-dimensional piece measures approximately 26 inches wide and 15 inches high. The back has a metal tag that reads "ENESCO IMPORTS CORP. 1974." There is picture wire on the back for immediate hanging.
