Purchases: Due to the fact that some items sale out so quickly please
be aware that sometimes an item will be placed on back order.
Hopefully if this does happen it wouldn't discourage you from purchasing the item.
However, you're entitled to a full refund immediately, wait for the item to return to stock
or take a tour of the store and see if there's something else of equal value that you'd
like to purchase as a replacement
When an item is placed on back-order it will be listed in the description as soon as I know.

Limited Editions: When purchasing an item that's a limited edition, it's recommended that you
pay the quickest way possible. If an item is on a limited edition list, then there will be no
replacement such as with a back-order.

Reserved: An item isn't reserved until a cleared payment is accepted.
Especially when purchasing new items from the store, I have no control
over how many of an item the warehouse will sale in a day.  Therefore while
waiting for a cleared payment there may be a chance an item will be placed on back-order
or discontinued.  Vintage items are easier for me to control because they come from my
warehouse here in Richmond. 

Time for payment: There will be a five business day wait on money orders and cashier checks
if one of those forms of payment is not sent on time . Please email me with a reason and
when the payment can be expected. Sometimes an extension can be granted depending on the item.

REMEMBER THOUGH I CANNOT CONTROL THE WAREHOUSE WHERE MOST OF THE NEW
MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED.  PLEASE TRY AND GET YOUR PAYMENT IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
