Hand Carved Peasant Scene on Hardwood Block Signed

Scene of a man offering a fish to a woman holding a child. Carved on a 2" piece of hard, dark wood. It is 11.5" wide and 9.75" tall at the tallest point. There are two eyehooks on the back with a chain, and carved into the back is Carving by Riofy. This came from an estate, so all I know about it is what I see.
