The new animated feature film, The Prince of Egypt, follows the Biblical narrative of the life of Moses closely. The film begins as the basket containing Baby Moses survives the perils of the Nile, washes into the watergarden of the Palace where The Queen of Egypt adopts him.
The transforming event of Moses’ discovery is captured by this moving figure, New Beginnings, depicting The Queen tenderly gazing at the newly discovered infant. No one could foretell that this tiny child, who would grow up in the opulence of the Court of Egypt, would return to his humble origins as a shepherd and lead his people out of Egypt to freedom.

Each sculpture is hand made using a cold casting technique, then individually painted by our artisans for maximum lifelike detail.
