OUR POLICIES
** As with all of our items this piece is a liquidation purchase and as such it is being sold “As Is.”
**Any of our items that requires the use of batteries or needs to be powered on in any way we will power up to see if it is working properly and/or put in batteries to check to see that it works.
** We cannot be responsible for any type of repair, major cleaning, or refurbishing as we simply do not have the time or the man-power to do so.
**Our handling charges apply to heavier and larger items and for international items. They are applied only when necessary and normally range from $2.00 to $5.00 dollars per item due to the rising costs of postage and supplies. First class mail items have No surcharge. Shipping charges for all other items are calculated per zip code and we will ship USPS Priority or Parcel Post usually the same day.
**We do require that you pay insurance for your protection as well as ours. International is optional.
**A delivery confirmation number/tracking number is included free of charge, normally a .18 cent fee, on every shipment.
**Please ask any questions before bidding as your bid is a binding contract and as always we will do our very best to answer any questions truthfully and to the best of our knowledge.
**Please refer to the pictures so that you will have better understanding of what is being sold. What you see in the pictures is what you will get, unless otherwise stated.
**We will always leave positive feedback. We choose to not leave negative feedback as we do not believe in ruining someone’s reputation. Accidents can happen. However, if you choose to give a negative feedback to us you will get one in return, GUARANTEED. All we ask is that if you have experienced a problem please e-mail us first and give us the opportunity to work it out with you. We will always try our best to please you within reason!
**Please, we are not responsible for USPS domestic or international shipping schedules or for how long customs holds an item, nor can we be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items via transit.
**All items are insured! We do not refund shipping charges nor do we refund for buyer’s remorse or change of heart! Occasionally buyers get caught up in bidding and end up paying more for items that what they are worth. We are not responsible for that!!
**Worldwide buyers please use the shipping calculator. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to e-mail us. We ship to all allowable countries except where stated.
**Our shipping charges are posted to you as reasonable as possible. Please do not argue with us over shipping! The postal service has changed their rates and we have no control over that.
Help with our term usage:
MINT condition—that means MINT!
Excellent Vintage Condition—means you can expect some wear, slight damage, or missing articles, just as you would expect a vintage item to be due to age.
Gently Used—means there are other condition issues found that are not simply from age. These issues are usually minor. This can include rips, tears, holes, or damage from play or rough use. This could be a vintage item as well as new items. We will tell you what they are if we can.
Used—this is reserved for items that show extensive use and wear or for items that do not work.
**Please remember our shipping costs quoted are only an estimate. We will not know the exact amount until the item is boxed with all packing material and then weighed. Handling charges will normally cover the difference unless it is a special request or situation.

SHIPPING
We do our very best to insure that your item is package professionally with the greatest of care for safe delivery. Although rare, damage can still occur even with the best packaging during postal transit time, which is why all domestic items are insured. The post office will request that you bring the damaged item to them. We strive to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. International items are insured only if requested and a tracking or trace number can be requested but that is all we can do. Once packages leave our possession we no longer have any control over them nor do we have control over how long customs will hold a package.
As hard as we try sometimes an item will be lost or damaged in transit. Most carriers specifically exclude antiques, collectibles, art and paintings from insurance coverage (Fed EX, UPS, and DHL). Some carriers limit the amount an item can be insured for (Greyhound, US Post Office). We will purchase insurance for these items, but the ultimate ability for an item to be insured or coverage obtained is between you and the carrier used for shipping. Purchasing insurance on a shipped item does not guarantee coverage but we recommend doing so.
Please give a complete address directly with your payment or in the memo section of PayPal. We are not responsible for items shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Our liability for the item(s) ends when we hand the item to the shipping company for you. We will be more than happy to assist in any way possible with any claims should the need arise but even then we cannot guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit.
The ownership of the item transfers to you upon the sale and payment and claims for damages are between you and the firm that transports your items. You are welcome to arrange your own shipper and delivery service for any item you purchase from us. We may require the return of the item in case of an insurance claim. Safe delivery of the items we sell is our primary concern. All terms mentioned in this listing are a part of the contract you enter and agree to by placing a bid on any item.
Normally we ship the same day that payment is received and at the very least within three days, unless specified.
TERMS OF SALE
Please do not send alternate ship to addresses in a separate email as we can not honor those requests. Please be aware that there is a holding time until personal checks clears our bank before the item is shipped, usually 10 business days. Please check the importation laws for your country BEFORE you bid on an item as we cannot be responsible for that we try hard but all countries have different laws. Payment is expected to be made within 5 days of auction end. If your payment or if you have not made arrangements by that time we reserve the right to re-list the item without further notice. A non-paying bidder alert will be filed against you, to retrieve our listing fees; this is done with no exceptions! We offer overnight shipping service as well as gift wrapping for your convenience for a minimal charge, just to cover our material.

RETURN POLICY
You may return this item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund if it does not match the description and pictures above.(PLEASE E-MAIL FIRST). We do not refund for buyer's remorse or change of heart :-) We carefully inspect all items during the photograph and listing process. Please ask questions before bidding. Your bid is a binding contract. We do our absolute best to represent items accurately. Items are sold "AS IS". PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
PAYMENT
Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end. We accept payment in personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, & Money Orders. We accept Credit Card payments through PayPal and ship to confirmed addresses or those given directly in the payment memo section only. If payment or arrangements have not been made within five days time we reserve the right to re-list the item without further notice. A non-paying bidder alert will be filed against you, no exceptions! We always combine shipping costs on multiple items. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items that occur in transit or for items held in customs. We do NOT refund shipping costs. Please, no out of country personal checks! Thank You!
