This is a large, original impressionist floral, still life painting showing bright yellow Sunflowers in a blue and white, vase.
The original painting is has heavy impasto, is richly textured, and was done with a palette knife. It is signed, and is oil on archival stretched canvas. The painting measures 16 x 20 inches and is not framed. There is no reserve on this painting.
Lynne French is a contemporary artist who trained at Chouinard Art Institute, where she studied with both Millard Sheets and Phil Dike. She is collected throughout the United States in both private and public collections, has done extensive commercial work and numerous commission pieces. Lynne French is listed with AskArt, and also in The Artist's Bluebook.
