"There is a lot going on in this one. I have always been captivated
by ancient sculpture and happen to love old teddy bears.
Fun to put them into our human world. "

I began doing collage in the late 60's as studies for future paintings.
Each one of my collage works are created to give the impression of a photo
taken in a dream world. I get this effect by hand cutting bits and pieces
of images and putting them together. Then I paint in other items and shading.
The result is photogenic and very difficult to tell where the pieces are put
together. I have kept these pieces in my private collection of work until now.
