I ship all of my items within 3 business days of payment received. If there is a delay in shipments I will contact you. If you need the item shipped by a certain day please contact me via ebay messages so we can work something out. Please do not leave a message regarding your shipping needs on you paypal payment invoice. At times they do not reach my email box in a timely manner and I may not receive you message until after the fact.

I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. In the unlikey event that you INSURED item becomes lost or damaged, a claim must be filed with the USPS. I will file the claim for you. In the event that you received a damaged item, please keep the item along with all packaging materials in case the post office requires proof of damage. In this case, I can send you the claim info so you can take the package to your local post office. No refund will be given until the post office receives the claim and issues the refund. This can take a couple of weeks, but at least you will get your money back rather than not purchasing insurance and being out the money.
