Outer layer is Waterproof PUL fabric wich is soft polyester knit on the outside and an interior layer of super strong and durable waterproof laminate
Super Absorbent Center layer - to absorb and contain the accident.
Inner layer is 100% cotton that is so soft against a toddlers's skin but will feel uncomfortable when wet, so it will encourage your toddler to keep his pants dry!

If you receive a damaged item, a report will be filed with the appropriate carrier. Items covered under warranty will be fixed or replaced by the manufacturer. Please contact us before returning any items. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 7 days after the buyer receives it according to USPS/Fedex/UPS tracking information in order to receive a refund.

International Terms: Kid Store and More does offer international shipping, when possible. Any quoted shipping charges includes a $3.00 handling fee to cover the extra Paypal fees on international transactions.
