  SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PAYMENT

     Payment is due within 7 business days. We prefer PayPal. However, if you want to pay by personal check,  money order or cashiers check, please notify us as soon as possible so we will know to expect your check. If you send a check,  we will wait 7 business day for it to clear and then will ship your order out to you.   Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay for your item.  If you do not pay for your purchase within the allotted timeframe, we will file an unpaid item claim with e-Bay and will leave appropriate feedback under your e-bay account. 

SHIPPING

 All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or UPS Ground.  Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee.  Insurance is optional.

    We try to do everything possible to guarantee your purchase arrives to you as described and in perfect condition. We package all items carefully to prevent damage and to date have not had any problems.  

  We are not responsible for your item(s) once it leaves our office. If you are worried about your package, you can purchase insurance.

    We offer a shipping discount when you purchase 2 or more items at the same time.
If you are going to purchase multiple items from us within a 5-day period, please let us know as soon as possible so we can hold off sending you an invoice until all of your purchase(s) are completed.
Once bidding has ended on all the items you are bidding on, we will send you a combined invoice with the shipping discount included.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns unless we have misrepresented or shipped the incorrect item(s). Please read the item description and ask us questions prior to bidding.
